On the night there will be a donation box for the Society of St Vincent de Paul. The service will last around 35 minutes. Our infants will be in costume and I would ask that all other children be in school uniform for the evening and be in the church about 15 minutes before starting time.

Thank you to all the parents who have been co-operating with our school traffic management plan where parents of children from 3rd class up collect the children from the church side of the school and parents of children in 1st and 2nd Class collect children at the Castlebellingham side. This has been working quite well lately. I would encourage all parents to contact local councilors to see if traffic calming measures can be installed outside the school. The Parents Association and the School Board have been in contact with the Council to have traffic calming measures put in place but the more voices that are added to this the better.
  • Grandparents’ Day. On Wednesday 31st January we will be holding Grandparents Day in our school. Any grandparent who is interested in joining us is invited to come to the school on Wednesday 13th December at 10am to meet with me and  we will plan our first Grandparents’ Day.
